I can not recommend this book strongly enough!  If you shoot or plan to shoot in Highpower Competition with an AR-15 based rifle this book is as important as match ammunition.  Not only can it help you do things right the first time, it can also save you many times over its initial cost if you will read and heed the lesson's John has so thoroughly documented and eloquently described in this very enjoyable book.

I suggest you buy it, read it, and reread it before buying or modifying your AR!
