Compass Lake Engineering is owned and operated by Frank and Theresa White. CLE is home to the finest Service Rifle and Space Gun uppers being manufactured today. Frank is a Distinguished Service Rifle competitor (# 1124) and currently holds a Master Classification in NRA Highpower Shooting. Theresa is just the nicest person you will ever meet and is working on becoming Distinguished. The rifles built by Frank and Theresa's crew are used by many national level competitors, and are featured in John Feamster's book BLACK MAGIC The Ultra Accurate AR-15, as well as several other magazines, from time to time.
