We don't need this often, but its here if you want to point out some area where we didn't do the job you expected.  Send us a detailed email, or just call.

Our experienced, fearless, and tireless complaint department (pictured below) will immediately investigate. They continuously roam all the facilities here in Alford to ensure that we are doing our jobs!

Sadly, we have lost or Storm.  July 31st, 2011 she took her last walk.  Storm will be missed.  She was 14.5 and lived a life that was full of truck rides and burgers. 

Please remember shipping is not included in our prices.  Due to the ramped increase in shipping charges, shipping will now be determined on a per package basis.
