Bartlein blanks are made from 416 Stainless Steel and have single point cut style rifling. Bartlein's blanks are prelapped and honed before rifling and after rifling these blanks are measured and hand lapped to the correct diameter.

We then take their blank and machine it into one of our many different contours.
