Sights and other Small Parts

Most of the parts that we make get machined in this CNC machining center, which is operated by Paul Ross.  

CLE has developed a new 1/4 minute rear site actuating mechanism.  It is an excellent design which does not rely on extra springs and detents.  Frank developed 1/4 moa windage screw so your actual click for you windage are the same as 1/2 moa, the sight just moves in 1/4 moa increments instead.  The elevation on 1/2 moa and 1/4 moa are both achieved by the special sleeve that we install on the rear base.  We also make elevation wheels to match.  You would just have to try one for yourself to know just how great they are.  Our hoods are compatible with Bob Jones Lenses Systems.  This site comes standard with a hood and one aperture installed.

Our rear sight assembly is modified in just about every direction you can think of with a CMP legal hood and interchangeable apertures.

If you have one of our sights and are not sure if you have 1/2 or 1/4 moa, this shows the difference in appearance between the two.

Please note:  1/2 and 1/4 moa sights have the same number of clicks per revolution.  The difference is in the thread pitch.  This holds true for both windage and elevation.
